Windows 7 Logon Background Changer adalah program Free open source yang berfungsi untuk mengganti tampilan wallpaper logon screen dari Windows 7 ,wallpaper login screen juga biasa disebut welcome screen, Login screen atau LogonUI. Aplikasi ini sudah diuji coba dan sukses berjalan pada versi Windows 7 sebagai berikut : Windows 7 (RTM) final, Windows 7 RC 7100, Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate dan Enterprise, model x86 or x64 (32 atau 64 bits),Windows Server 2008 R2 (tanpa mengubah tampilan server). Dan tidak dapat bekerja pada Windows 7 starter(Edisi yang dipaket bersama Netbooks).
Windows 7 Logon Background Changer dapat melakukan perubahan Login screen Windows 7 tanpa merubah file system dan tanpa perlu persetujuan User Admin atau Administrator. Aplikasi ini berbentuk file installer yang berukuran cukup kecil hanya 718 KB.
Cara penggunaanya juga cukup mudah yakni :
1). Download dan kemudian install Windows 7 Logon Background Changer di komputer Windows 7 anda.
2). Jalankan dan browse gambar yang ingin anda gunakan sebagai login screen dengan cara klik pada choose a folder kemudian klik browse for folder
3). Pilih gambar yang akan anda gunakan dengan cara klik pada thumbnail gambar kemudian klik apply untuk proses selanjutnya.
4). Terdapat beberapa setting yang dapat anda pilih setelah menekan tombol Settings. Diantaranya user dapat melakukan Reset folder, Prevent Other Users From Changing The Background, serta anda dapat menambahkan efek bayangan pada teks logon screen.Untuk melihat hasilnya anda dapat melkukan logoff dan kemudian login kembali pada computer anda.
5). Grafik yang dihasilkan dapat anda simpan maupun cetak pada menu Report kemudian pilih Print Chart. Dan laporan yang dihasilkan dapat anda simpan dalam Format HTML sehingga dapat ditampilkan oleh Browser anda.

It has been tested successfully with the final version of Windows 7 (RTM) and Windows 7 RC 7100. It works with Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise, in x86 or x64 (32 or 64 bits). It does NOT work with Windows 7 Starter (edition sold with most netbooks). It works also on Windows Server 2008 R2 (but you are not supposed to customize a server). On a side note, this small program is WPF based, it's a nice technical demo of Windows Presentation Foundation capabilities for those interested in WPF. It requires a decent GPU for the 3D animations to run smoothly. It runs fine with my Radeon HD 3200 on my laptop computer, but it should also work with lower end graphic cards, albeit slowly.
What does it do? .It does NOT change any system file, and the program itself does not requires admin rights to run : it will just ask you to run as admin a very simple cmd file that creates the required folder and registry key with the appropriate rights. Any user of the computer will then be able to change the Windows 7 logon screen wallpaper. You can also prevent users from being able to change the logon screen wallpaper if you don't want them to be able to modify it without administrator rights (option available by clicking on the "Settings" button). .It creates a few JPEG files based on the image you want to put as wallpaper for the Windows 7 login screen, applies the appropriate cropping and sizing and saves them using the best compression quality possible.

Dan tunggu prosesnya hingga selesai.
4). Untuk melakukan Restore caranya juga mudah yakni, klik pada tombol Restore, kemudian lanjutkan dengan memilih file Backup nya kemudian klik Open.
Untuk pengguna Windows XP sebaiknya install terlebih dahulu Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 ke atas di computer anda.

To start with, the most popular of the bunch, Merge MP3.
It is often necessary to merge multiple sound files into one recording. This need may arise for various reasons: merge ripped CD tracks into one, combine multiple chapters of an audiobook, etc. There are many great programs to achieve this, but very few of them are actually free. I've discovered that while all of these programs perform the task well, they also contain lots of other features, making them too complicated for the tasks. This is why when I needed the plain vanilla merging utility, I could not find one that was free - and decided to write one myself. The added benefit of writing one myself, of course, is that it has exactly the features I need - and none that I don't.
